My office will bill insurance and for those who pay with cash or a check I will give them a discount and provide for them a charge ticket. The patient can turn the charge ticket into there insurance company for possible reimbursement. For those patients whose insurance plan does not cover chiropractic care or physical therapy, flexible payment plans can be arranged.

I will bill PPO, however if we are not or cannot be a provider for your insurance plan, we will do our best to be competitive as an out-of-network provider.

Cash plans are available and can provide significant savings for those who do not require the use of my billing service.
