As a fitness trainer I train one on one and couples. I have experience with Pilates (Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair), Gravity Training System (GTS), free weights and machines, and a variety of cardiovascular machines.

I have been a fitness trainer for over 5 years. Being a doctor of chiropractic has given me a great education for developing safe and effective training retinues. I have trained a wide variety of individuals from adolescents to seniors and athletes to individuals wanting to recover from injury or just want to improve their health.

Fitness training can help to offset osteoporosis, improve core strength for back problems, increase metabolism for weights loss, along with many other health benefits.

As a fitness trainer I create accountability for the trainee to achieve there goals.
